Recruitment Procedures and Policies
As a reputed and renowned manpower recruitment company, we always strive to find and match the best candidates for the right job. We follow the following procedures and policies for the selection and recruitment of the workers for overseas employment.
• Upon receiving of all the documents required for the recruitment, we take preapproval from the Foreign Employment Department to proceed with the recruitment and the department grants us recruitment permission after verifying the document submitted.
• After receipt of recruitment permission, we publish an advertisement for vacancy on the National Daily Newspapers and collect the applications from the candidates. We also utilize our updated data bank developed for various types of categories to locate the most suitable and experienced candidates.
• After scruitinizing the applications and other relevant documents submitted by the candidates, we rank the candidates and call them for primary interview and technical trade test to know the in-depth technical
knowledge from our selection committee of experts for short listing the applicants as per the requirement of the employer.
• Details of short listed applicants along with the relevant documents and our rating sheet are then forwarded to the employer for review or further evaluation if so advised to or are kept for the final
interview process and selection by the employer or his representative.
• The candidates selected for employment by the employer are sent to an authorised hospital/clinic for medical examination. Only medically and physically fit candidates are eligible for the foreign employment.
• We, then, forward the documents of the selected and medically fit candidates to the employer or his representative to obtain visa of the candidates.
• Upon receiving of the visa of the candidates, we take the final approval from the Foreign Employment Department and conduct the orientation classes to the candidates so that they are well informed about their duties, responsibilities, work environment as well as managerial, socio-economic, cultural, religion and labor law of the country of employment.
• On completion of all above procedures we provide the Employment Contract approved by the employer for signature by candidates.
• Finally, we deploy the candidates to the country of employment providing prior information to the employer regarding the flight details of the candidates.
